These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIRGAP ("AIRGAP", "we", "us"), a per-agent funded on-chain intelligence platform. By connecting a wallet to AIRGAP and using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What AIRGAP is
AIRGAP is a software platform that runs configurable intelligence agents on your behalf. Each agent is funded individually in USDC on Base mainnet. The agent watches a data source you select — an X account, a Farcaster feed, a token contract, a wallet, a custom workflow — applies AI inference, and emits signals to delivery channels you connect (Discord webhook, Telegram, API stream).
Operator-side compute, LLM inference, and on-chain settlement are all run by us; the user pays only for agent-level usage at the rate displayed in the agent funding panel. There is no monthly subscription. There is no fiat payment rail. There is no KYC.
Eligibility
You may use AIRGAP only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You are legally permitted to hold, transfer, and spend USDC and ETH on a public blockchain in your jurisdiction.
- Your use of AIRGAP does not violate any law, regulation, or sanctions program applicable to you.
- You are not a resident, citizen, or located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
If you use AIRGAP on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes both you and the entity.
Accounts and wallets
AIRGAP uses Sign-In With Ethereum (SIWE) for authentication. Your account is your wallet. There is no separate username, no email, no password. The wallet that signs the initial SIWE message is the wallet that owns the account; the wallet that signs Permit2 authorizations is the wallet that funds and operates the agents.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your seed phrase, and any hardware wallet device. We cannot recover your account if you lose access to your wallet.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deletion is permanent. Agent configurations, signal history, alert connections, and API tokens are removed; on-chain Permit2 authorizations remain on Base mainnet until they expire on their own (typically thirty days from signing) or you revoke them yourself by submitting a Permit2 nonce-invalidation transaction.
How agents are funded
Each agent has an independent server-side balance denominated in USDC. You fund an agent by signing an EIP-712 Permit2 typed-data authorization granting the AIRGAP relayer permission to pull up to a specified USDC amount over a thirty-day window. The signed authorization is committed on-chain by the relayer once per signing; subsequent settlement transactions pull accumulated server-side spend from your wallet to our treasury via Permit2.transferFrom.
You authorize us, by signing the Permit2 message, to debit your wallet up to the amount and within the window you signed for. We will not exceed the signed amount and we will not pull funds after the deadline expires. If your accumulated server-side spend exceeds the on-chain allowance remaining, the excess is bad debt; we may pause your agents until you sign a new authorization that covers it.
Refunds are not guaranteed. The off-chain agent balance and the on-chain Permit2 settlement run on different timing — server-side debits happen per LLM call, on-chain settlement batches several debits together. In normal operation the two converge within thirty minutes. In abnormal operation (relayer outage, RPC failure, our error), you may briefly see an off-chain balance that diverges from what your wallet has actually paid. We will reconcile in your favor whenever a server-side error is the cause.
Acceptable use
You will not use AIRGAP to:
- Conduct any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction, the United States, or the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
- Harass, stalk, dox, threaten, or impersonate any person, including via signals routed through delivery channels.
- Send spam to Discord servers, Telegram chats, or API consumers.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform to extract data we have not exposed via the documented API.
- Run agents that scrape or interact with third-party platforms (X, Farcaster, Telegram, etc.) in ways that violate those platforms' terms of service.
- Attempt to bypass the per-agent spend caps, the Permit2 allowance limits, or any rate limit enforced by the API.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any agent or account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or operating an agent that poses a risk to other users or to the platform.
No warranty
AIRGAP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. We do not warrant the suitability, completeness, or timeliness of any signal emitted by any agent.
Signals emitted by AIRGAP agents are NOT financial advice, NOT investment recommendations, and NOT trading instructions. They are the output of a probabilistic AI model summarizing third-party data. Cryptocurrency and digital asset trading carries substantial risk of loss. Do not trade based on a signal you do not independently understand. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIRGAP, its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Trading losses, missed gains, or opportunity costs of any kind arising from action or inaction taken on an AIRGAP signal.
- Inaccurate, delayed, missed, or duplicated signals.
- Service downtime, including downtime caused by upstream LLM providers, RPC outages, third-party API rate limits, or Base mainnet congestion.
- Loss of access to your wallet, your seed phrase, or your hardware wallet device.
- On-chain transaction failures, reverts, gas-price spikes, or front-running.
- Acts of God, war, sanctions, or any cause outside our reasonable control.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to AIRGAP is limited to the lesser of (a) the total USDC you have paid into agent balances in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to AIRGAP will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of AIRGAP after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, your remedy is to stop using the service.
